Travis and I share a birthday month, so the celebration didn't stop with mine. Jack vividly remembered going to a hibachi for Travis's birthday last year, so in his mind that's just what you do for Daddy. Travis didn't object. After work we headed to Sekesui Bartlett and it did not disappoint. Jack loved everything. Marshall concentrated on the rice, which took all night because he insisted on using the chopsticks.
After our meal, the manager and our waitress surprised us by singing "Happy Birthday" to Travis and bringing us cheesecake tempura to share. I think the boys and I enjoyed it more than Travis and hibachi just got a little more expensive and fattening for our family because I don't know that Jack or I will ever forget that little piece of Heaven. Here is Daddy and his boys enjoying their treat.
