Thursday was Jack's Christmas program and art show at school. With my parents here to watch Marshall, I was so excited to be able to go. Jack told us all week he was singing the choo choo train song that went like this "Choo choo train, choo choo train, choo choo train, STOP!" None of us had a clue what he was talking about and evidently, he didn't either because his class actually sang "Jingle Bells". Now he knows "Jingle Bells" and I thought this might be the program he really starts to ham it up, but once he got on stage, he froze. He sang a couple of lines and shook his bells a little, but mostly, he just had the deer in a headlight look. Here is a picture from the program.
After it was over, all of the family members are asked to go to the kids' classrooms to view and purchase their artwork for $1. The money raised goes towards things like new playground equipment. The teachers really do a great job of putting together precious items and they are well worth the money! Here is most of Jack's artwork.

In addition, we got a photo calendar with seasonal and holiday pictures of Jack for every month. It is precious! Just another reason I love St. Paul so much!
