With the holidays coming up close to Marshall's actual birthday, we decided to have his party in early November on the 10th. We took a chance on the weather being good that day and scheduled it outdoors at a pumpkin patch close by. Thankfully, we lucked out and it was beautiful! The theme was tractors, which are by far Marshall's favorite thing, and Craig Jostes made an awesome John Deere cake.
Because we have such awesome family and friends, lots of people were able to come to make Marshall's day extra special and the location couldn't have been more perfect for a little boy who likes to romp and run.
There were tractors.
A "train" ride.
A hayride.
A playground and lots of space to run.
I think Marshall was a little taken aback when we sang to him and as soon as his song was over, he turned around and hugged his brother. Priceless moment for Mom and Dad and so typical of his love and adoration for his big brother.
It was an exhausting day.
When we got home, the boys loved on Baby Boyd.
And then dug into the new toys that arrived that day, this one that combines tractors and Play Doh being a favorite.
Thanks to everyone who made this day a great one for our Marshall Veazey Todd!
