"Tarl" (my granddaddy) informed us when we got to Paris that his hen would be hatching some chicks within a few days and he held true to his promise as they hatched on Saturday. After Paul's party, we headed to the farm to check out the "bock bock chicks". Honestly, Jack wouldn't have much to do with them, but they were so cute I wanted to give them their glory and post a picture of them anyways.
Jack wanted to see "Sout" (Scout), Granddaddy's horse, so here they are getting a closer look. Unfortunately, it was dark, so you can barely see Granddaddy or Jack.
Granddaddy posed Jack on the front of the tractor.
Then he decided he needed to drive the tractor.
Before we left, he had to visit Bud, my uncle Stan's lab.
