Finishing Up Easter

We finally got together with the Jostes' for Easter dinner, a pretty non-traditional Easter dinner by most standards, but very traditional by Todd/Jostes standards - burgers, brats, and hot dogs. These next two pictures truly portray a typical Craig/Travis moment that is probably just funny to us. One time my dad described seeing Travis and Craig riding bikes together on Mud Island as Yogi and BooBoo because there's such a size difference between the two. Travis could probably carry Craig in one of these carriers and it would look the same as Craig carrying Maddie in it.

Kate and Jack are learning to play nicely even though they are both very much in the "everything is mine" stage. Wonder how Maddie will fit into this scenario one day?

I have to mention what a big step Maddie took today. She finally let Travis hold her and multiple times! Before Maddie has always been terrified of Travis, keeping her eyes on him constantly, but screaming when he acknowledged her. I wish I could dig back and find a picture of Kate at Maddie's age with Travis because she never was one to mind being held by anyone. Anyways, it looks like Travis and Maddie will be buddies afterall.
