This is the scene almost every night after an afternoon spent outdoors. If there's dirt, these kids will find it and smear it everywhere.
All of the mulch in our landscape out front washed away during the crazy rains we've been having. One day when Travis and Jack were outside, Jack grabbed a shovel and started digging out the dirt to make piles for him to jump in his Gator and on his bike. Travis didn't mind knowing we would be re-mulching soon anyways. Marshall even joined in with the rake. Here are the boys watching their daddy out the front window as he takes away their latest play area.
So we just have to move to the back yard. Marshall snacks (Goldfish must be eaten with a spoon, didn't you know?)
And watches
While Jack does the dirty work of digging all the sand out of his sandbox.
