A few weekends ago when my parents were in Memphis, Craig brought over some caramel apples he and Kate had made. They were a huge hit and I think we've all been craving them every since. When Mom went to the grocery Sunday, she brought home the goods and last night we decided to whip them up. Jack was such a big help unwrapping the caramels that I had to take a picture and I wish I had a picture of him devouring one of the finished products. I can't wait to taste mine tonight!

In case you make more, Craig did find bags where the carmels are loose in the bag, like if they were M&Ms or something. No unwrapping necessary.
