Jack is Star of the Week in his class next week, so we spent Wednesday afternoon working on his poster. For the first time, Jack participated in the poster decorating and it was quite stressful for little perfectionist me, but he enjoyed it and that's all that mattered. I actually bought him his own poster board and let him play with it. Anyways, here's the finished product. It will hang outside Jack's classroom all week. I'll also send cookies one day and I'm not sure what other perks are involved, but I know as he gets older it will really be a special week for him, so I'm glad they do it regardless of the extra work it costs me.
